I was thinking of titling this editorial "The Big Sell-Out," but I think we still have a way to go before we’re completely morally and creatively bankrupt. I'll let you know when it happens, though, so there’s no deluge of mail (yeah, right).

If you’re just tuning in you may think that everything is business as usual but for our longer-standing readers, an explanation might be in order.

I know last issue I was complaining about how broke I was and that I'd never get the money to buy a computer and do Cashiers all fancy-shmancy. Well, the same holds true. I did manage to get enough cash to buy this cool program for the computer we got up and running at work. Cool beans, eh?

Although I swore I'd never do it again, I think I have another issue here on par with that behemoth that was issue #4. I guess this would be an opportune time to bring up the point that we still have some back issues left if anyone wants them. They cost $2 a piece except for the bargain "Three Bitch Pie" issue that’s only a buck and includes highlights of our first three fun-filled issues.

Although I said that the we’re going quarterly, don’t be surprised if issue #7 takes a little time to get off the ground. It'll come sooner, though if we get stories or good letters from people, so, if you think you have something slightly interesting to say, send it in!

Okay, I'll shut up for now—no long-winded editorials like last issue. Sit back, relax and enjoy the first almost completely desktop published issue of Cashiers du Cinemart!
